Nutrition Coaching
Want in?
No crash diets. No food guilt. No one-size-fits-all plans.
Instead, we'll focus on understanding your nutrition, identifying what is and isn't working, and making realistic changes you can maintain. You'll learn how to fuel yourself well in different situations—from a normal workday to a hard training session to a busy week when everything goes sideways.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on a coach forever. It's to give you the knowledge and skills to eventually become your own best nutrition coach.
Train hard. Eat well. Keep going.

People and culture
My approach is built around education, sustainability, and individualized support. Together, we'll look at your training, goals, schedule, food preferences, and everyday life to build nutrition habits that actually work for you—not someone else's meal plan.
I am especially passionate about working with:
People new to nutrition and wellness
Women (especially those who lift, run, and do combat sports such as MMA, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu).
Women who would be described as "heavyweights" in the MMA world (e.g., in UFC this is 150+; in Jiu Jitsu this can be 180+)
I don't create motivation; I amplify what already exists, helping you align your current self with your ideal self.
My "Why"
Being active has given me so much more than physical fitness: new communities and friendships, greater confidence, and a stronger sense of resilience and persistence. I’ve also learned to genuinely enjoy nutritious eating and fueling my body. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that restrictive dieting doesn't work for me. When I treated foods like ice cream as “forbidden,” I inevitably wanted them more. Instead, I learned how to build sustainable habits that leave room for the foods I love while still supporting my goals.
I still eat ice cream. I still eat dessert. I just approach food differently now.
That process took me nearly half a decade—and I wouldn't change that. I’m still working toward my own goals, including further body recomposition, but I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned and use it to help other people.
My goal isn't to help people chase a particular number on a scale or fit into some idea of what a “healthy” body should look like. I want to help people develop sustainable nutrition habits that support their goals.
I’m especially passionate about working with women who are interested in strength training, boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, or other physically demanding activities.
One of the things I love about martial arts is that being BIG and STRONG can be an advantage. I want other women to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in their bodies—not just someday after they reach a goal, but right now, while also working toward whatever they want to accomplish in the future.

In 2021, I was nearly 260 pounds. I struggled to walk up a flight of stairs without stopping for a breath, had trouble getting up from the floor without using my hands, and dealt with joint pain almost constantly. More than anything, though, I was miserable. My self-confidence was at an all-time low, and I was coping in ways that weren't making me feel any better.
In 2022, I decided something needed to change.
Over the last four years, I’ve lost 55 pounds and, more importantly, completely changed my relationship with movement, food, and my own body.
